Samuel’s Story:
Born in 2017, this little man was born with several heart defects, at 6 days old, Samuel had his first open heart surgery. He was diagnosed with TAPVR and Tetralogy of Fallout. Since then life has been a whirlwind and I wanted to dedicate this loaf to one of my very best friends son. Cheers to Samuel and his momma and daddy, Kristen and Ethan.
It’s all in the name, this loaf is made from [freeze dried] fruit and white chocolate!

Welcome to kace&bake! Each loaf springs to life in my own personal kitchen, crafted by hand with the kind of love that leaves a little flour on your shirt and a lot of joy in your heart. No two loaves will ever look exactly the same, because they are each born with their own delicious personality, although every bite promises the same comforting flavor as the one before it. After my friends couldn’t stop raving and insisted I start selling the loaves I was making for them, I finally took a leap of faith and decided to turn this wild sourdough dream into something real. Here’s to fresh bread, bold beginnings, and carbs worth celebrating.
